neuTube is open source software for reconstructing neurons from fluorescence microscope images and for viewing or editing SWC reconstructions.
About neuTube
neuTube is open-source software for reconstructing neurons from fluorescence microscope images.
The main function of neuTube is to generate a neuron structure from a 3D image with user interaction, which mainly consists of mouse clicks. It can also load SWC files from other sources for visualization or further editing.
The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of condition, uninterrupted use, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
